Modified Policies in times of Coronavirus

We understand that times are a little uncertain, and in order to work with our guests, we are offering a modified cancellation policy for the summer and fall of 2020, as well as the 2020-2021 Ski Season. We'll also continue to monitor the situation, and we may modify our policies if things change!

Summer/Fall 2020 Cancellation Policy

For reservations booked and with arrival dates between May 1st and November 24, 2020: If you cancel your reservation fourteen (14) days or more prior to your booked arrival date, 100% of advance payments will be refunded. Cancellations received thirteen (13) or less days prior to your arrival date will forfeit 100% of all payments, and the reservation will be non-refundable.

Winter 2020-2021 Cancellation Policy

For reservations with stay dates after November 24, 2020: If you cancel your reservation MORE than thirty (30) days prior to your expected arrival date, 90% of your advance payment will be refunded. The total rental payment amount of your reservation will be retained if you cancel WITHIN thirty (30) days and we are unable to re-rent the unit. If you cancel WITHIN thirty (30) days and we are able to re-rent the unit for the entire time of your original reservation, 90% of your payment will be refunded. A determination as to whether a cancelled unit was re-rented will be made only after your original departure date, and only by our general manager, whose decision is final and binding. Refunds will generally be made within thirty (30) days after your intended departure.
