McCartney Property Management maintains dedicated in-house maintenance and housekeeping teams based in Aspen to support the ongoing care of the associations we manage. Our technicians provide routine maintenance, preventative upkeep, and coordinated service for common areas and building systems.
Our maintenance department is staffed seven days a week and is available 24/7 to respond to urgent issues or emergencies. With decades of experience working in Aspen properties, our team understands the unique needs of mountain buildings, seasonal conditions, and luxury residences.
We coordinate vendors, manage service schedules, and ensure that association properties are maintained to the highest standard.
ASSOCIATION ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATION
Our accounting and administrative team provides comprehensive financial oversight for the associations we manage. Services include accounts payable, accounts receivable, dues collection, insurance coordination, and financial record keeping.
We prepare operating budgets, produce regular financial reports for boards, and assist with reserve planning and special project funding when needed. Our team also supports the organization of homeowner meetings and board meetings, including preparation of financial materials and administrative coordination.
McCartney Property Management stays current on local, state, and federal regulations affecting association management. We work closely with boards to ensure compliance with the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) and other legal or financial obligations that impact associations.
BOARD SUPPORT & COMMUNITY COMMUNICATION
McCartney Property Management works closely with HOA boards to provide the structure and support needed to run an effective association. Our team assists with board meeting preparation, agenda development, meeting coordination, and documentation to ensure board decisions are properly recorded and communicated.
We also help facilitate clear communication between the board and homeowners by distributing notices, updates, and important association information. This helps ensure that residents stay informed about maintenance schedules, projects, rule changes, and other matters affecting the community.
