McCartney Property Management offers experienced and professional management of numerous Associations throughout the Aspen area. We have been in business for 30 years in Aspen, and are dedicated to providing the best service and value possible for the expertise we hold within the Aspen property management industry.

 

ASSOCIATION MAINTENANCE & HOUSEKEEPING

We employ our own skilled maintenance and housekeeping departments, centrally located in Aspen, to provide both routine and specialized high-quality service. Our maintenance technicians are experienced and very familiar with the Aspen property management scene. The maintenance department is staffed 7 days a week and available 24/7 in the event of an emergency.

 

ASSOCIATION ACCOUNTING and ADMINISTRATION

Our bookkeeping department handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, and association insurance. The department also prepares quarterly and year-end financial reports, prepares budgets, and aids in organizing Homeowner and Board of Directors meetings.

We also keep up-to-date on local, state and federal regulations and requirements that concern Association management and legal or financial liability, and we are experienced in helping our Associations stay current and prepared.

 

OWNER REPRESENTATIVE

Charles McCartney is available to act as an “owner representative” in overseeing renovations, remodels, and other projects. This allows access to an experienced and skillful representative with established relationships with local parties and a comprehensive understanding of local laws and regulatory requirements.
