December is in full swing, and with Thanksgiving over, it’s finally time to turn our attention to Christmas and New Year’s Eve in Aspen. As the year draws to a close, Aspen, CO, comes to life, transforming into a spectacular winter wonderland.

It looks like winter has arrived! Temperatures are dropping here in the mountains and the days are getting short. The first snowfall of the 2022-2023 season came during a few recent storm cycles. Cold temperatures are allowing full swing of man-made snow operations, and Aspen and Snowmass mountains will be opening a week early on November 19, 2022!
