What to expect when visiting Aspen

Fall is here! Aspen is welcoming guests and visitors. Everything is open, as we continue to monitor Covid.

All government buildings requre a mask. Please remember to wear a mask when you are inside a government building or when you see a sign on the front door stating "masks required." We suggest wearing a mask taking public transportation, and maintaining the 6-foot social distance in order to help keep Covid away. The local music venue, "The Belly Up" requires proof of a vaccination card, or negative test results within 48 hours to enter the venue to see a show.

We recommend making reservations with restaurants ahead of time! Have a look at the videos below to see what you might expect. It is possible that public health orders or other restrictions may come into effect at any time.

A friendly reminder of Aspen's "Five Commitments to Containment." If we follow the basic steps, it will help Aspen remain open to visitors.

  • I will maintain six feet of social distance
  • I will wash my hands often
  • I will cover my face in public
  • I will stay home when I am sick
  • I will get tested immediately when I have symptoms
