Welcome to Chateau Chaumont 14, a deluxe-rated three-bedroom, two-bath condominium ideally located at the base of Aspen Mountain—just one block from the gondola and steps from downtown Aspen’s renowned shopping, dining, and outdoor experiences.

From the moment you enter, this inviting mountain retreat sets the tone for comfort and convenience. The foyer features a practical bench with built-in racks—perfect for removing and storing ski boots, gear, and jackets after a day on the slopes.

The bright, open-concept living space is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen showcases light cabinetry, granite countertops, a farm-style single-bowl sink, tile flooring, and a breakfast bar that flows seamlessly into the living area. A separate dining space, wood floors, expansive windows, and a recently upgraded HD flat-screen TV complete the main area, while a corner wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and charm.

The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, HD flat-screen TV, and a beautifully renovated en suite bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination and granite countertops. The guest bathroom has also been fully updated and features a tiled steam shower with a built-in bench. The second and third bedrooms each offer two twin beds (please note these cannot be converted into king beds), making the condo ideal for families or groups. The décor reflects a cozy mountain cabin style throughout.
Guests enjoy access to the property’s shared courtyard, which features a large hot tub exclusively for Chateau Chaumont residents—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Additional amenities include wireless internet, on-site parking for up to 10 resident vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis, and optional permitted off-street parking through the City of Aspen. During the summer months, bike racks are also available.

Conveniently, a local supermarket, grog store, and equipment rental shops are all located less than a block away, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach.

Please note:
This unit does not allow pets.
Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have AC. We provide cooling units and fans, and Colorado’s cool summer nights allow the home to cool down naturally in the evenings.

You could not ask for a better stay in Aspen! The location is perfect for walking anywhere in town. The condo is very clean and nice. We stayed for 6 full days with a family of four and there were no issues. Would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Aspen this is your place. It is one block from Ajax .2 1/2 blocks from the shuttle to the other 3 mountains and is across the street from City market.If you want to shop or dine out it's basically across the street. In a nut shell , it's perfect !!! We are 7 and it was perfect for us :)

Location is the best! This unit was very clean and well equipped. Parking was a real bonus!The view from the living room was good and fp was nice. Also the hot tub was nice. Management company was a+!
