Dark, dingy,totally run down very noisy at night. 21 condos 12 parking spaces no parking at night on the street $11 during the day. Kitchen not well stocked economy at best. Bring a flash light

We thank you for your stay and regret that you were not satisfied by your accommodations. The Chateau Aspen building is indeed in the core of downtown, and, as with many cities, parking is limited. The building does offer 12 reserved off-street spaces, which are on a first-come, first-served basis for building residents and short- and long-term guests. Parking was temporarily impacted by construction behind the building, but this project is now complete. Many guests appreciate the location of the condominium within a couple of short blocks of the Aspen Mountain Gondola, first-class shopping, and exceptional dining. However, it is in the center of town and all of the activities the town has to offer, and the location may not be perfect for everyone. There were some blinds in the unit that were damaged just before these guests arrived and that were replaced/repaired at the earliest opportunity during their stay. We also immediately purchased and provided the kitchen utensils, etc. as requested by this guest. This unit has been and continues to be a great fit for many of our guests, and, as always, we appreciate any feedback on ways to improve.

Perfect location in aspen, close to everything! The unit was comfortably furnished. The staff and McCartney Properties were cheerful and helpful. The only real downside was the lack of washer and dryer in the unit.

McCartney properties helped us find a perfect 2 bedroom condo 3 blocks from the aspen gondola at the last minute. It was exactly what we were looking for at the exact price we wanted to spend. We came for a bachelor party so all we really needed was a centrally located condo with a clean place to rest our heads at night and relax after skiing. This is exactly what we got and so much more!Tiffany, the individual who helped us out at McCartney was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to assist us and she threw in a number of perks that really helped us out. (Passes to a spa, discounts on ski rentals and more).I have been visiting Aspen since I was three years old and consider it my second home. My family has a condo just a few blocks from the place we rented but it was not large enough to sleep all the individuals in our group. I was so impressed with the service that I am pushing my family to have McCartney manage our property when we are not there. I would highly recommend McCartney Property Management to anyone looking for a condo to rent in the Aspen area.Thanks Tiffany and everyone at McCartney Property Management!!!!
