Join the Chris Klug Foundation on December 2, 2023, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM for the 18th Annual Summit for Life (S4L) event, marking the start of winter in Aspen, CO!
This event features a nighttime race where participants ascend Aspen Mountain to support CKF's mission to promote organ, eye, and tissue donation awareness. Your involvement in S4L contributes to a vital cause, aiding the 104,000 individuals waiting for transplants in the U.S.
Participants will tackle a 3,267-foot vertical climb, joining over 400 others in this significant fundraiser. A minimum of $100 is required for fundraising, rewarding racers with a bag of goodies and the opportunity to win prizes for those who exceed the fundraising goals. For support in fundraising efforts, CKF is ready to assist with various resources.
At the summit, celebrate your achievement with a party at the Sundeck Restaurant, featuring dinner from The Little Nell, live music, and an awards ceremony, including the Michael Wells Inspirational Award and recognitions for top fundraisers and racers.
Teams are welcome to register together, so gather your friends, family, or colleagues, choose a fun team name, and prepare for both the climb and fundraising efforts. There's even a prize for the best-dressed team, so get creative with your costumes! All registered participants will receive a special 2023 Summit for Life item.
For those who prefer to support without the climb, the RIDE FOR LIFE option allows you to take the Silver Queen Gondola to the top, cheer on participants, and enjoy the post-race festivities.
