The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and a convenient breakfast bar, while a separate dining area sits in a charming bay of windows. Additional amenities include TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, an in-unit washer and dryer, and off-street parking.

The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king, making this condo a flexible option for couples, families, or small groups.

Located just 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, Chateau Chaumont places you steps from world-class skiing, shopping, and dining. Guests also have access to the building’s shared courtyard, featuring a private community hot tub—ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Additional details:
One pet is allowed with a non-refundable pet fee (completed pet registration form required prior to arrival).
Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have AC. We provide cooling units and fans, and Colorado’s cool summer nights allow the home to cool down naturally in the evenings.

This condo was a great fit for our family of 4. We had everything we needed to make it our home for our brief stay and it was located in a prime location for Aspen activities during the summer and a quick walk to the free bus and grocery store. We would highly recommend it!

The property itself was exactly as pictured and was in the perfect location as we love being on the side of town closer to the Ute trailhead. Property management team was easy to get ahold of for check in/out instructions but otherwise we didn’t need to bother them. Stayed here with our 10 month old and the only tricky thing was all the stairs since the condo is on the 3rd floor. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay and location of the condo. Only thing is to plan accordingly for key pickup at an off-sight location. However, convenient to Aspen airport. Everything was clean, kitchen was stocked with essentials but nothing extra. This was fine for us, as we ate out most meals. Parking in the alley can be a challenge, but the management group can register your vehicle with the city , allowing for other nearby residential streets. Overall, would love to rent again.

It was a really nice and spacious apartment with plenty of room for four adults. The apartment was located centrally in Aspen and had all the necessary amenities if you wanted to cook in, but is also really close to plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. All in all a good experience, and if I ever return to Aspen I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic! We couldn't have picked a better week to see the leaves change to their vibrant yellow/red/orange. The condo was perfectly situated and in walking distance to the City Market /shopping and restaurants. We had an assigned parking place for our vehicle. The condo very clean and has a fireplace (wood included).

I spent the month working remotely from the condo and enjoying everything aspen has to offer… Lots of hiking, eating out, shopping, seeing friends, and fly fishing. The only thing negative was having to leave at the end of the month… It was absolutely perfect in every way. This property is perfectly located, close to everything, great neighbors, beautiful lighting, comfy beds, perfect kitchen, and gorgeous view!
