Description

Ice cold, brand new, AC installed for the hot, Colorado summer days. Ute 302 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo t with a private balcony and great views of Aspen Mountain. Located on the east side downtown Aspen, it is just a few short blocks to the Ajax Mountain gondola and Aspen’s downtown core with world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife. The complimentary Downtowner transportation comes to the roundabout in the front of the complex when summoned. It includes one covered off street parking spot. It is a roomy and can sleep up to six people with a queen-sized bed in the master, and a queen and a double bed in the second bedroom. Upon entering the condo, to your immediate right you will find a bench to take your boots off and plenty of space to hang your coats, store your boots and your gear. Other features include a full kitchen and dining area, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, one designated off-street parking space, flat screen TVs, a wood-burning fireplace, and iPod dock stations.

We had a fantastic trip to visit our children working at the mountain. The condo was in a fantastic location to walk to town and the mountain. The condo was clean had the right amount of amenities and was perfect for our group! Highly recommend and when I come back, I will seek it first to 'rent' again!

Great location! Walking distance to everything. There is parking…. which is a bit tricky to maneuver, but it works. Apartment was on the top floor and was very quiet.

Charles take care of everything before during and after your stay. He was very professional and followed up on everything during our time in Aspen. Location for unit UTE302 is one of the best! Walking distance to everything in Aspen. Parking lot is a little bit tight if you drive a bigger vehicle than a compact. Not an issue anyway. Location is safe and you can feel secure. Clean and charm. Not big rooms but enough for a family of 4 or 2 couples. View is awesome!“Thanks a lot Charles for your care and follow up during our stay. We felt awesome during the whole time in Aspen!”

While the decorative choices may be somewhat questionable, there was much charm to this wonderful condo. The interior had a cozy and inviting feeling with just the right amount of space and seating for a party of 6. The location is perfect; at the end of a cul de sac resides this comfortable condo with a balcony that overlooks the aspen mountain. This was seriously a great stay, our one issue was the lack of firewood for the fireplace. We had no idea what to do or where to find wood, so the condo tended to get (bearably) colder at night

Perfection. 5 stars The apartment was so impressively clean. The sheets on the bed are nice and crispy like brand new as well as the towels. The beds and the couch are very well maintained and cleaned professionally. The location is perfectly situated in town so you can walk everywhere. They also provide wood for the fireplace to make it very convenient to enjoy. It's awesome. Thank you

My wife and I stayed at UTE 302 for 4nights in March and had a great time. Great location, clean! ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ The unit had all the necessities and had great views of the slopes. It was easy walking distance to anywhere downtown. Just enough space for 2 couples to share comfortably. Reasonably priced, I would stay there again if it was available.

Mgmt company had great communication. Place as advertised and great location. Would be a 5 if it had air conditioning. It was in the 80’s and warmer in unit then we liked. Had a couple of fans. Otherwise would highly recommend.

O apartamento que alugamos foi muito bom. A cozinha muito bem equipada, chuveiros bons, roupas de cama e de banho com qualidade. Nos sentimos muito a vontade e além disso era muito bem localizado. Podíamos sair a pé para esquiar ir ao mercado e passear pelo centro de aspen. Adoramos os momentos que passamos lá.

This condo is at the East edge of town, but well within easy walking distance from great restaurants, the gondola and even the Isis movie theater. It is on the third floor, so if you aren't very mobile, it probably is not for you. Having two separate rooms, each with their own bathroom, was great. Big refrigerator (for plenty of wine, beer, or whatever you want) and even a washer/dryer. One of our group left behind a sweater, but the staff was great and sent it next day. Thank you!
