Ute 202 is a beautifully remodeled second-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath deluxe condominium located on the east side of downtown Aspen. Just a few short blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola at Aspen Mountain, this prime location places you within easy walking distance of Aspen’s renowned dining, shopping, and nightlife.

Unlike many Aspen properties, this condo features newly installed air conditioning, providing added comfort during the warmer summer months. Guests also enjoy convenient access to Aspen’s complimentary Downtowner transportation service, which stops directly at the roundabout in front of the building. A covered off-street parking space with snowmelt is located right beside the stairs for easy access year-round.

Inside, the condo showcases a fully equipped designer kitchen with quartz countertops, a granite-topped island, 36-inch cabinetry, and a smooth-top range complete with a pot-filling faucet—perfect for cooking and entertaining. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the inviting living area, where a cozy wood-burning fireplace and spectacular Aspen Mountain views create the perfect place to relax after a day outdoors.

Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, hardwood floors throughout the living areas, and a convenient island charging station. The living room features surround sound and a flat-screen TV, while both bedrooms also include flat-screen TVs for added comfort.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds. A queen-size American Leather sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. The main bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms, while the second full bathroom is accessible directly from the guest bedroom. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main bathroom. All appliances and finishes throughout this recently updated condo are top-of-the-line.

The building also offers bike racks for guest use, making it easy to enjoy Aspen during every season.

I enjoyed an excellent 4-day stay at this lovely condo right in central Aspen! This was the perfectly located spot for access to everything offered in the Aspen area inclusing hiking, golf and excellent restaurants. As other guests have noted, this is not the first rodeo for this host. The condo was exactly as described and well stocked with everything a guest needs. Of equal importance, the host is friendly, proactive in communicating and easy to do business with. Highly recommend!

5/5Charming condo in residential neighborhoodOur adult family of four enjoyed our long weekend stay in the lovely neighborhood setting of downtown Aspen. Every amenity of downtown was within a few minutes walking distance from the condo. Yet the condo location was within a quiet, residential area. It was the best of both!Condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies.Only comment was condo mgmt can do better informing client of features available within the unit (e.g., hairdryer?) and the check-in process upon booking so the renter can plan their trip.

I normally stay in Snowmass when we fly into Aspen, but this time found a nice spot in town. The unit is a bit hard to find. The parking is actually down an alley running behind all the units on the street, however once located was no problem. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee rental car and it was very tight parking. Not sure if a Suburban would fit. Units are quite deceptive from the outside. Outside entrances for all units. But very pleasantly surprised once inside. I love to cook and the kitchen here was the best equipped of any VRBO I've ever used. Lots of other high-end subtle touches. Bed was comfortable and glad to have AC since it was 90+ in Aspen. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in the condo managed by McCartney Properties. Communication was great and always responsive. We did need to pick up the key at their office located across from the airport, but the management provided helpful recommendations which was nice. The unit was very clean and spacious. Best part of the condo was the location. You can see the Ajax gondola from the living room and it’s very walkable to anything you’d want to do in town. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

One of the best places to stay in Aspen - great location, one of the best kitchens we’ve had, lovely view of the mountains, and A/C! Charles was a great host. We had no issues while we were there, but all communications checking in and out we’re prompt an courteous.

Renovated, splendid condo in AspenReservation ID #152356 Management was great, owners were gracious, loved the location. We had a car but used Downtowner for rides due to parking issues and it was great! Get the app before you go. If you want to cook, the kitchen lacks nothing.

The unit was in a great location. You could walk everywhere in aspen. It was as pictured. The main bedroom was perfect - bed was comfortable with nice linens. The 2nd bedroom is really more for just younger kids and not adults or older teens as the beds are rather small. The bathrooms are very nice. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. I would definitely recommend the apartment itself!

Great location, spacious 2 bedroom and an amazing kitchen with everything you will need and more. The apartment has beautiful views of Aspen Mountain from the main living room and lots of light. The parking spot assigned was very tight for a GMC Yukon XL with bike rack and since it was on the second floor with a third floor above you could hear footsteps occasionally. Other than that we loved our 3 week stay.

Great location. Once you arrive, park your vehicle in the reserved space and walk everywhere in Aspen. The condo was very clean. The kitchen and all appliances are in excellent/like new condition and it’s well-stocked with appliances and cooking items. Charles was excellent with communication. We’d definitely stay here again.

“Great location! Apartment is about 2-3 blocks from the gondola and 2 blocks from a grocery store and liquor store. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Views of the mountain from the living room and bedroom. Great trip and location. We will remember it. Thanks.” “Thanks Charles. Our trip and stay was great. The place was within walking distance of everything we needed. The unit was clean and had all the amenities. The only thing I would recommend is getting the heat fixed as we were sweating in there as we could not get the heat to turn down or turn off.”
