If location and affordability are on the top of your list this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom economy rated condominium is for you. The location is excellent! It is located one block from the core of downtown Aspen, and it just a short 200 yard walk to the base of Lift 1A ski lift. This top/second-floor condominium also has a nice deck with mountain views. This condo features one off-street private parking space, a gas fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and a nice flat screen TV in the living room. Bedding is a queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom, which can be pushed together to make a king if requested prior to arrival. Pet friendly with nonrefundable pet fee.

This place was perfect for the location and great value, especially in Aspen. Note that for check in you have to pick up keys at an office near the Aspen airport. It wasn’t a problem for our group but definitely something to note!

Awesome location in downtown Aspen. It's not the St. Regis, but it's next to the St. Regis! History galore in this classic Aspen condo. The Ski history books on the shelves are the best. 1 block to the chairlifts. Will be back!

The condo very much has an “old-timer” feel to it - in a good way. Was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, and we felt at home right away. I wouldn’t call it fancy by any means, but that wasn’t what we were going for.

“Fun central location with a parking space. Unit does require stairs to access just FYI in case that's an issue. We wanted a place to cook meals in and pack lunches to make dining easier with the Covid restrictions in place - and although most everything is "dated" (or vintage, perhaps, in Aspen) the kitchen is adequately stocked and everything worked well. Nice south facing balcony and a quiet location. Shower was great. The mattresses for the twin beds were uneven and a little bit uncomfortable because it felt a little like trying to sleep on a slope. But overall a nice place that I would recommend to others.” “McCartney prop mgmt staff was very nice”

Cozy, short walk to everything and nice view

Just a short walk shops and dining, and most importantly to the gondola for skiing. The condo is a cozy throwback to Aspen in the 1970’s. Nice view of mountain from balcony, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. Unit including all appliances is dated - but so happy to have our doggie tag along .
