Description

This cozy two bedroom, one bath condominium is in the perfect location! It’s a short walk of 1.5 blocks to the base of Aspen Mountain’s gondola and is right across the street from the grocery store. Aspen’s couture shopping and excellent dining are just outside your door. It features a wood-burning fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a Jacuzzi bathtub, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and an off-street designated parking space. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twins. While not sprawling nor expansive, this perfectly located unit is extremely comfortable and well-designed to take advantage of the space.

I always think a good indicator of an airbnb is how quickly they respond when something goes wrong. The coffee-maker broke, and someone came over (it felt like) almost immediately to replace it. Grateful!

Great location!Overall was very happy with the unit. The condo is small but very cozy. The location cannot be beat. Having the grocery store across the street was very convenient. Loved the real fireplace and the fact they had wood there for your use. Slight hiccup at late check-in with the access code, but the managers followed up and had great communication during our stay.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to all Aspen has to offer. Although the furniture and decor is a bit dated, the cleanliness makes up for it. The place was perfect as a staging area for a father son fly fishing trip. The same would hold true for skiing and other activities.

Awesome location! Really… it can’t be beat. Walking distance to the ski lift, town, groceries. Comfortable & cozy - just like it’s described. Parking space provided. Property managers are very helpful. You will need to stop at the office that is close by to pick up the key code & complete some paperwork before entering.

Comfortable and in the heart of Aspen

“Amazing unit in the heart of aspen. Very comfortable for a family of four. Easy walking distance to everything including the free public buses that go to snowmass etc. we never used our car. Literally next to the grocery store. The apartment is well stocked with nice amenities like dvds and games that made our down time enjoyable. Very helpful staff.”

Great with communication, and even replied to my email mid-stay when we had a question. The location is great! We were right across the street from City Market, the local grocery, and it was really convenient to just walk across the street when we needed something. That prevented us from buying too much at the beginning of the week that we didn't use. We walked everywhere in Aspen. When we ventured outside of Aspen, we could easily use our rental car which was parked just steps from our door. Everything was very clean and up to date. All of the appliances worked, the shower water pressure was great, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I will say that the place is small, but we made it work with two parents, a 21 year old, and a 17 year old. We knew it might be a challenge with only one bathroom, but we worked it out. There is so much to do in Aspen, we could have stayed longer!

Super Cute, Great Location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just what I thought it would be by pictures and description. Condo is right behind the City Market and is a great location. It is small but cozy. Very clean. Would recommend getting a lockbox and / or electronic lock-having to pick up the key at the office at the airport was a bit of a hassle but the management staff was very friendly and helpful!

“The location cannot be beat; the condo is small but adequate for a family of four. The kitchen is fully functional with all the necessary dishes/pots/pans/utensils, there were plenty of linens, the parking spot was great to have, and the wood-burning fireplace was a bonus. We would stay there again.” “We loved the location and it was big enough for us to enjoy our meals and time off the slopes. One of the few items I recall wanting, but not being available, was plastic wrap or storage containers for leftover meals. We also couldn’t find the dumpster for our garbage, so I left the garbage bag right by the front door for the cleaners. Although the unit is not recently remodeled, or possibly fancy enough for some, we found it to be as advertised and suited us perfectly. We would rent again.”

One of the best features of this cozy rental was it's location, it's walking distance to downtown aspen, everything was near by!!! The ski shuttle etc. Second, the place was very clean and well kept I was very happy with it. One minor issue we had was the kitchen sink backed up and water was linking from the bottom base. We clean as up as we could and call the emergency maintenance number. In less than 1 hour we had someone out to look at the sink. Although we couldn't use the sink the first night, McCartney Management had a plumber out the next morning to completed the repairs. Overall, we were extremely please and McCartney Management was easy to work with, friendly and everything from checking in to checking out went smoothly. The house was perfect!

Stayed in this compact unit for 2 months & was very satisfied. Perhaps too small for more than 2 people as it only has 1 bathroom, but location was very convenient. McCartney Property Management were outstanding. Had a number of small issues that required attention & McCartney were available 24/7, even on holidays. I would definitely rent from them again.

It was a pleasure staying at the Silver Bell condo downtown aspen. The condo was incredibly clean and in the perfect location. Everything was in walking distance. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the amenitites were wonderful. With the market right across the street, we were able to have most meals at the condo. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks Pat!!

We enjoyed our stay at Silver Bell #1. Although the unit is small in size, its location is perfect for downtown aspen activities. It is clean, neat, and in general will serve you well for your stay in aspen. It's a bit overpriced, but what isn't in aspen.
