This renovated condominium is just 1.5 blocks to the gondola at the base of Aspen Mountain and located in the core of downtown Aspen! It is a deluxe-rated three bedroom and two bath condominium with cable TV, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and one designated off-street parking space. The kitchen is sure to please with a 4 burner gas stove, designer cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a beautiful granite breakfast bar with additional seating for casual dining or lounging. The open concept flows into the dining and living area where a gorgeous granite surround gas- burning fireplace welcomes you after a long day on the mountain. Track lighting is installed throughout the condo illuminating the rooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bath and the secondary bedroom has two twin beds (king) and adjoining bath.The third bedroom has a twin bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi bathtubs! Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management to open the door to your Aspen experience!

We had an absolutel lovely time in the condo. It was clean, in a pristine location and was very comfortable. The fireplace at night was a highlight. Cannot wait to stay again.

Amazing location within 5min walk to the snow resort buses and literally across the road from the supermarket and liquor store. Quiet and convenient to everything in Aspen. We don’t bother with a car and never needed one from this location. The unit is as pictured. Clean and tidy but nothing amazing. Very comfortable for our family of 4. I’d stay again.

Excellent property and fantastic location!Great condo! The kitchen was well equipped and bedding and linens were very nice. Beds and couches were also comfortable. 2 blocks from the gondola and 1 block from City Market. Everything was in walking distance- Our car never left the parking spot. We will definitely book here again.

We had a great stay in this Aspen condo. The unit is clean and nicely appointed. The location was awesome; right in downtown close to shopping and restaurants, and a short walk to Aspen mountain lift. Management communicated well and everyone was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

Beautifully appointed, and very well maintained in a great downtown location… easy walking to all our favorite spots- summer and winter. Our second stay and we’ll be back for more. The staff at McCartney are top notch and always available.

Charles is very responsive to our questions, and overall the trip was a huge success.” “Thanks for a great experience. We'd come back. I hope you were okay with us turning down the personal photographs of the owner, we felt more comfortable that way. And there was a slight smell as if it had been smoked in and cleaned, but we only noticed that when we first entered, then it went away. Overall a great expereince!”

This is a great place, especially if you actually plan to cook. The kitchen is very well equipped. The entertainment system is excellent and the location, close to City Market and the Aspen Gondola, is fantastic.

Well equipped apartment in the perfect location . 1 block from the new W Hotel and the little Nell. Practically ski in ski out. Would book again but on the higher floor if i had my choice . Fantastic management staff!,,,,
