Cottonwoods unit 2F is an economy rated two bedroom, two bath condominium conveniently located in the western area of Aspen's downtown core. It is a spacious condominium with ample room in the living room and dining area. You will discover beautiful wood ceiling beams extending throughout the condo accompanied by living room wall accented in brick and pine, providing a quiet charm and rustic feel to this mountain abode. Oversized Windows strategically spaced throughout the unit allow the brilliant Colorado sunshine th light up the condo while providing welcoming views of Aspen Mountain and surrounding areas. This condominium is comfortable and close to everything that Aspen has to offer! It is just a short walk to Aspen's spectacular dining, shopping, entertainment, and skiing, and the front entrance deck has views of Aspen Mountain. This complex is also within the area of Aspen serviced by the free, on demand ride service called the Downtowner, provided by the City of Aspen. With a full kitchen, a dining area for 6, a wood -burning brick laid fireplace, cable TV with HBO, wireless internet, a community washer and dryer, and off-street parking, this unit is well supplied and a great value for lodging in Aspen's downtown. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two twins (can be made into a king). There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Cottonwood s has its own parking lot in the rear of the building with a designated spot. Please display your parking permit on the dashboard. This condo complex is also within the boundaries set up by the City of Aspen for service by the complimentary Downtowner transportation vehicle when summoned. Please note: no pets allowed.

Retro Ski throw back stayJust enjoy it. The place is clean. The amenities are what you’d expect from a property of this age. Master bed was comfortable. Twin beds were described as sleeping on a seesaw. Property management company provides outstanding service. Location is ideal for those comfortable for walking a few blocks to the action downtown. We had a great time and would come back again.

We will have our maintenance team take a look at the frames of the twin beds and come up with a solution to resolve the problem!

Location and price can't be beat! Easy check-in, and property management was helpful and responsive.

This location and price can’t be beat! Very close to the downtown area with lots of restaurants / bars nearby. Also very close to a bus stop for easy access to Snowmass, highlands, and buttermilk. Aspen mountain is a short walk as well. Check in was easy, and Charles was very helpful / responsive.Will definately be coming back!

The apartment is clean, quite spacious, and in a great location: easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the music festival tent. (Also, it is quite affordable, at least for Aspen standards...) Check in/out was efficient and convenient. We will certainly consider it again for future stays!

We stayed here in the fall and had a nice time. It was comfortable, but definitely older; the pictures are accurate. Free parking was easy, just behind the building. The location was fantastic and we could walk everywhere in Aspen. Note that there's nice light during the day, but the interior lighting is not great. Overall, we were happy with our long weekend stay because of the great location and large communal living space.

This condo is very well located in heart of Aspen downtown and few mins walk away from ski, hikes, restaurants etc. The condo is cozy, comfy and clean with all amenities you would expect and the checkin/out process is smooth and well communicated. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
