Chateau Chaumont #4 is a perfectly located, deluxe rated two-bedroom, two bathroom condo on the first floor in the Aspen core. The expansive living room, where old Hollywood meets Rock and Roll, showcases a large, comfy, red leather wraparound couch, framed legendary album covers and musical instruments. The updated designer kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom lighting. It is open to the living area with a gorgeous breakfast bar. The perfect place for entertaining and socializing with family and friends after a day spent on the mountain, soaking in the great outdoors. There is also a Bose sound system, iPod and smart phone docks, wireless internet, washer and dryer, and off-street parking. There is a wood burning fireplace in the condo. Upon entering the condo you will find stools for taking your boots off, coat racks and a cubby to store extra gear. The master bedroom has a brand-new upgraded king size mattress, mattress topper, and pillows. The guest bedroom has a new queen size mattress, mattress topper, and pillows. Your Aspen nights will be dreamy. This beautiful condo accommodates up to four people with a twin-size sleeper chair in the living room. Chateau Chaumont has a perfect location in the downtown core and is just 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen’s world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building’s common courtyard has a wonderful private community hot tub! Call us and allow McCartney Property Management’s guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Geoff KSat, Feb 10 – Wed, Feb 14, 2024Vrbo 5/5Perfect location!Right in the heart of everything. Ground floor condo walked right out to the hottub. Silver Queen gondola was just a 2 block walk. Bus stop was only 3-4 blocks away, which we took over to Ski Highlands one day. Grocery and liquor were right across the street. We walked to a different restaurant each night, as the town is totally walkable. Perfect lounging area with the large couch and comfy chairs. And ironically the owners of the place were from MN, so it was just meant to be. Very cool place would highly recommend.

The condo was just steps from the Aspen Mountain gondola and walkable to anywhere in downtown Aspen. Large bedrooms and living area, with plenty of storeage space for ski gear, made it a great place to relax after a day of skiing and re-group before going out on the town. It was perfect for our long weekend stay.

Charles’ s property is cozy and comfortable for a wonderful family visit. The location is unbeatable with walking distance to the gandolas and everything that Aspen has to offer.

Our stay was flawless! The location can’t be beat, so close to the AJAX gondola, and walking distance to great restaurants & ski rentals. The condo was spacious and comfy, with all the amenities you could need. Well-equipped kitchen, too. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Beautifully updated! Very comfortable beds! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will definitely stay at this property again. My husband and I took our two young kids up to Aspen for the weekend. This property was a perfect fit for us and the location couldn't have been better. Loved this condo and would most definitely rent it again. Highly recommend. Also, the Maroon Bells were stunning at the end of September! WOWIE!!!

“I stayed there with my son for 4 night visit to ski in Aspen. Awesome apartment! To start it's got a great location - right downtown and a short walk to the Ajax gondola. Shopping, restaurants and nightlife all within quick walks, including City Market (groceries) right across the street. The apartment itself is very nice - nicely decorated and furnished. Looks just like the pictures. The hot tub is right outside which is nice when it's 20 degrees and you've skied all day! Check in was easy and people were very friendly. Highly recommend.” “Great place - loved the decor as I'm a music fan. Don't see too many Drive by Trucker posters! Nice layout, furnishings, clean and a great location. Thank you.”
