Description

Located in the heart of Aspen this deluxe condo has incredible views of Aspen Mountain from every window. This third floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features vaulted ceilings, a wood burning, brick surround fireplace, great southern exposure with an abundance of natural light radiating from all the windows. Mirrors are spaced strategically throughout the condo adding to the feeling of openness. The condo has a full kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, a separate dining area nestled in a bay of windows, TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer and off-street parking. There is a wood burning fireplace in the condo. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins (can be made into a king). Chateau Chaumont has a perfect location in the downtown core and is just 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen’s world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building’s common courtyard has a wonderful private community hot tub! Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management’s guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Please note: 1 pet is allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.

The property itself was exactly as pictured and was in the perfect location as we love being on the side of town closer to the Ute trailhead. Property management team was easy to get ahold of for check in/out instructions but otherwise we didn’t need to bother them. Stayed here with our 10 month old and the only tricky thing was all the stairs since the condo is on the 3rd floor. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay and location of the condo. Only thing is to plan accordingly for key pickup at an off-sight location. However, convenient to Aspen airport. Everything was clean, kitchen was stocked with essentials but nothing extra. This was fine for us, as we ate out most meals. Parking in the alley can be a challenge, but the management group can register your vehicle with the city , allowing for other nearby residential streets. Overall, would love to rent again.

This place is in the best spot. Walk to grocery store, e-bike rentals, park for the dog is right across the street, and close to main restaurant area. Great view as well.

It was a really nice and spacious apartment with plenty of room for four adults. The apartment was located centrally in Aspen and had all the necessary amenities if you wanted to cook in, but is also really close to plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. All in all a good experience, and if I ever return to Aspen I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic! We couldn't have picked a better week to see the leaves change to their vibrant yellow/red/orange. The condo was perfectly situated and in walking distance to the City Market /shopping and restaurants. We had an assigned parking place for our vehicle. The condo very clean and has a fireplace (wood included).

I spent the month working remotely from the condo and enjoying everything aspen has to offer… Lots of hiking, eating out, shopping, seeing friends, and fly fishing. The only thing negative was having to leave at the end of the month… It was absolutely perfect in every way. This property is perfectly located, close to everything, great neighbors, beautiful lighting, comfy beds, perfect kitchen, and gorgeous view!
