This standard-rated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is ideally located in the heart of downtown Aspen, just one block from the Silver Queen Gondola and steps from everything Aspen has to offer. Situated on the third floor, the condo features spectacular mountain views that will have you coming back year after year.

The interior is decorated in a charming Western-inspired style, complete with vintage artwork that pays tribute to Aspen’s historic roots. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, a separate dining area for four, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, free wireless internet, off-street parking, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.

The primary bedroom features a brand-new king bed, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request.

Guests also enjoy access to the community courtyard, which includes a gas grill and fire pit—perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling units and fans are provided, and Colorado’s cool summer evenings naturally help keep the home comfortable.

Most incredible Air B&B experience I’ve ever had! From the service to the property everything was perfect. The location exceeded my expectations and was perfect. One block away from the gondola and walking distance from everything in town. Perfect for a group of 4 and the location being next to the grocery store was so convenient! Will be returning!

We had a great spring break for our family of four at Charles’s place. The location was PERFECT. It’s just a couple blocks away from the Rubey Park bus station, so we didn’t need a car to/from the Aspen airport or to the ski resorts. You could walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. The place was cozy and clean, with everything you’d need. It is a 3rd floor unit and internet is a bit spotty, but all of this was fine for us. We’d definitely stay here again!

Management was great, the apartment had a 5 star view of the mountains, and aspens Main Street, walking distance to the ski lifts, gourmet restaurants, wood fireplace, could not ask for a better place.
