Chateau Aspen 10 is a deluxe-rated two bedroom, two bath spacious condominium with hardwood floors, beautiful granite and designer cabinets. It has a full kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining area for six, a gas fireplace, TVs in the bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a new king bed, the second bedroom has two twins (will convert to king upon request), and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen’s world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building’s common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management’s guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Note: no pets unless certified service animal with papers.

Worked out perfectly for our Aspen get-away weekend!

This condo could not have worked out more perfectly for our getaway weekend! The check-in was so easy and the location could not be beat. Everything was clean and seemed fairly new, and the condo had everything we needed amenity-wise. I would definitely look at staying here again on a return trip to Aspen!

The condo is right in town, across from City Market and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We even walked to the trail heads. The only time we needed a car was to drive to Snowmass to hike. Clean condo. Great layout for couples and well appointed.

This is a great location! Easy to get to everything, grocery store & wine store across the street. Easy to get to gondolas and bus for Buttermilk/Snowmass. They supplied everything we needed for a 5 day stay and if I needed something they were very attentive. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The only thing to take note of is the bathrooms are very small. But we had a great time! Would recommend this condo for the space/location/value!

Can't beat the location! Great for family or group of friends. Communication was great with management.

This Airbnb is perfectly nestled in downtown Aspen. You can’t beat the location. I love that I can walk everywhere - the grocery store, coffee shops, all the restaurants and shopping, and the slopes! I didn’t need to use my rental car that much except to drive to other slopes and explore the rest of Aspen. This Airbnb is great for a family or group of friends. The heater was constantly on and I never felt cold. Kitchen was great and we cooked several meals there. Very intimate feeling. Felt really safe here. Charles is also great with communication and was quick to respond to any questions I had. If I had to pick a downside, the neighbors below us were playing music and talking loudly at 4:30 am. But other than that, I totally recommend this Airbnb for an Aspen getaway!

Amazing, stunning, deluxe Aspen condoReservation ID #151657 We had a wonderful visit at this condo . Check in was very smooth and simple . Location , location , location !! This unit is perfectly located . Walked to gondola everyday - walked to dinner every night - what a perfect location . The unit is very comfortable . Kitchen is fully equipped - bedrooms were comfortable . It was lovely waking up every morning - putting on the gas fireplace - and watching the sun come up . We will definitely be back !!

Absolutely wonderful location for a full-amenities stay in Aspen. My wife and I chose this spot for our slightly off-season honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The property was not just centrally located in town but very conveniently so. The grocery is just across the street. The best eateries are with it a few blocks. We had a wonderful stay.

Absolute perfect location! City market is across the street and everything in Aspen is within walking distance. It was clean and roomy. The whole condominium is well kept with beautiful planter boxes and clean hallways. We would definitely rent here again . (if you are traveling during summer, know that there isn’t any air conditioning so it tends to get warm).“What a great location! We had an amazing weekend and loved the unit. We were disappointed that there wasn’t air conditioning and lots of action in the alley way behind the condo late& early, but beyond that….we had an absolute amazing time and enjoyed your beautiful property. “Excellent location! Could not have been better. A large place with a nice living/dining area. We had friends staying at the W hotel who were so jealous of our spacious living area. The beds were super comfortable. Overall, a great place!” “There were quite a lot of the spot light bulbs out. Not a huge issue, but just figured I'd let you know. We couldn't find any replacements anywhere. But that was definitely a minor issue. The location was awesome, the beds were super comfortable, overall the condo was perfect in every way!”

We had the most wonderful stay at chateau 10. Absolutely perfect. Leading up to our trip the ladies at McCartney properties were extremely helpful. They answered any questions we may have had and gave us amazing recommendations. Communication was so fast too! The apartment is in the best location ever. Walking distance from anything downtown. Never more than a quick 5/10 minute walk. The apartment itself is also beautiful and great for traveling with another couple or even for a family. Big open concept kitchen and family room and large and comfortable bedrooms. Exceeded our expectations!!! Can’t wait to come back.

Chateau Aspen 10 was in an outstanding location with great amenities. I have oven envy. On our final night at the property we realised that there was a supermarket across the road - doh.House keeping prior to our arrival was a bit lack lustre as we had only a single roll of partially used toilet paper for 5 people and a three night stay. There was also two cakes of used soap left in the shower and nothing to use to start the fire (but logs of wood). Toilet paper and fire lighters were supplied however upon request (the next day), disappointing though considering the price point. We also found a broken iPad wedged into the fold out sofa in the lounge room.Unlike other apartment rentals during our stay - Chateau Aspen did have any panty items such as salt/pepper shakers etc.All that being said we would stay here again.

Rented this unit for family wedding in Aspen. Unit was great as it had just been updated. Location was excellent . Kitty corner from City Market grocery. Unit was clean roomy and all appliances were brand new. Would stay here in winter as it's a lock from Ajax gondola .

Chateau aspen was a perfect location for accessing the ski lifts and local shuttle transportation. Less than a 2 block walk. Also, located directly across the street from the local super market and liquor store. The unit itself was totally renovated, clean and stylish. Only complaint was that there were no basic necessities provided such as laundry detergent, coffee, etc. fortunately all was available across the street.

We spent five days in aspen skiing. Although we ended up at Snowmass more, we loved staying in aspen. The location of this condo was perfect. It was a short walk to everything--the gondola, transportation hub, restaurants, and across the street from the City Market. Condo was beautifully remodeled and well appointed. Perfect for our family of four!

Spent a recent weekend in aspen and the location is the best. We parked the car and were able to use the shuttles around town easily. The condo is roomy and comfortable and quiet.
