Description

This is a two-level two bedroom, two bath townhome located on the west side of Aspen’s downtown and two blocks from Aspen’s world class shopping, dining, and skiing. This area of Aspen is also within the service area of the complimentary Downtowner transportation service which provides rides when summoned on the City's app. This standard-rated, cozy, yet functional, townhome offers a private balcony with views of both Aspen Mountain and Red Mountain. It is the perfect retreat for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or stargazing once the sun sets. The full kitchen features updated granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, an open concept with a small bar area for casual conversation and a dining area for up to five people. The living area has a cute, gas, Chiminea fireplace, wireless internet, flat screen TVs, iPod docking station and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer and two off-street parking spaces for extra convenience. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request. It sleeps up to six guests with the queen size sleeper sofa. The location of Charles’ place was perfect! The place fit 4 of us very comfortably. It was clean well stocked with all the basic necessities. Charles was also very accommodating with an early check in since our flights all arrived early. I highly recommend Charles’ place for a relaxing stay in Aspen!

Responsive and excellent property management, as we had a problem with hot water and they jumped on it immediately. Price was right for the stay. The space was a bit tight downstairs in in the bedrooms and the furniture is pretty dated, but location is tough to beat. We would stay again. Thanks to the owners and property managers.

This place worked perfect for us for our yearly snowboard trip. We arrived late due to weather but the Management Company was very accommodating and left us the keys and information on check in. The building manager was very helpful with some parking issues we had. He was great in clearing sidewalks of snow and asking us if we needed anything. The location was great. We walked everywhere. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer better than most rentals. Would definitely rent again if we return.

We loved everything about this cozy condo, the abundance of outlets and power strips, windows that open, a lamp by every bedside, lots of dishware and spices, and the friendliness of the hosts. We spent a lot of time on the deck, reading and watching clouds and stars. The bedroom was deliciously cool, dark, and quiet. You could not ask for a better location - three minute walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

We would stay here again. Porch sunny in the a.m., and cool in the p.m.

Booked this place and truly had a nice experience staying. Communication with the front desk was easy and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Not only central and easy enough to walk around, but also great place for parking was right behind our condo. Perfect for the week we had in Aspen. Many thanks!

Very efficient unit. Like others mentioned … it’s small and space is tight, but it is laid out to maximize the space. Lots of hooks for ski gear, good storage, kitchen is user friendly if you plan to cook. Only wish there was somewhere to store our skis in the evenings besides the front entryway.

We stayed in Charles place for a long ski weekend with our 22 year old daughter. The place was spacious for 3, but our son joined us for a few days, and the place felt a bit small. Ideal for 3 or parents and 2 young kids. Location was fabulous with parking for 2 cars and Charles responded right away with any question.“We enjoyed our stay with our 22 year old daughter. We had an amazing week walking everywhere in town. Location was ideal for my wife and one year old who are non-skiers. The property managers were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating even in the pandemic circumstances. They get my highest recommendation.

Great spot to stay with friends and/or family. I stayed with my friends from college and it was great. We skied during the day and the apartment/condo was a perfect location to shower and then go out to dinner in town. After dinner the apartment/condo had enough room to come back to relax and recoup for the next day of skiing.

“Visited Aspen with my college-aged daughter for a quick long week-end. Although the unit is a bit dated, it was sparkling clean and comfortable for the two of us - what really made it was the location - within easy walking distance of all the amenities Aspen has to offer. Dynamite location, intimate and comfortable roomy condo

We had a lovely stay in this condo! A dynamite location, only a short walk to all Aspen has to offer and very convenient. We loved the intimacy, in the evenings, of gathering around the fireplace, playing cards and watching the snow fall outside. The bedrooms are a bit small but we managed two per room just fine. All in all we had a great stay and would happily stay here again!

This was a GREAT condo in walking distance to main restaurants and shopping. Also walking distance to one of the Ajax lifts and stops for free buses to everywhere else. Condo was spacious and clean. Nice rooms, modern/upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. Little extras that matter like fancy shampoo, all the TV channels, and coffee filters make a difference. Communication was easy. Check-in/check-out was easy. Theoretically this would sleep 6 close people/big family but we were happy to only have 4 adults who aren't related.Great condo. Easy check out. Location worked out really well once we figured out the buses. Glad there was nice soap and shampoo. And one thing that always gets me in condos is coffee filters - so thanks for having those stocked!

Great option for family of 4. Great walkable location. Close to bus lines for easy access to all ski areas. Property management is very responsive (although we did not need them).

location is great, both bedrooms on the first floor. small but functional kitchen. it serves its purpose fine if 800 sq feet is your thing. we found it a bit cramped, and were sneaking around in the morning to try to not wake the other guests.

The unit is 900 sq. feet, so you were close in your estimate. You most certainly must enjoy your company should you book here. But hey, open the door to the deck to a little more breathing room in the summer. We hope you enjoyed the weekends festivities here.

Perfect condo for our first trip to aspen!!!

We will absolutely be using McCartney Property Management for our next trip. Every step of the rental process was easy! The condo was clean with lots of space. We had a parking spot and were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It was nice to come home to a full kitchen, comfy couch and fireplace after a long day on the mountain. We even had a flat screen TV with cable and some Dvd's! Thanks for making our trip memorable

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very well equipped. The location was extremely convenient to the ski bus and to the restaurants and shops. The management group could not have been more accommodating. The only negative was that the upstairs shower had no water pressure, which was inconvenient with 5 people...but otherwise a great holiday!!!
