Information and Updates

Updated May 28, 2020

Aspen and Pitkin County are beginning to re-open from stay-at-home orders under a detailed road map and plan.

Under the public health orders, we have been unable to make and confirm future reservations since March and until May 27. Starting May 28, we will be able to once again welcome guests for stays in our rental properties. We have filed the required business safety plans, and we will continue to adhere to state, county, and industry guidance and requirements moving forward.

Restaurants and retail are also beginning to re-open at limited capacity, and other construction and maintenance projects have restarted as well. Please note that some amenities and activities may remain limited or closed during this time.

Second homeowners and guests are no longer required to self-quarantine for two weeks after arrival in Aspen.

However, we ask all of our guests and homeowners to comply with the "Five Commitments to Containment":

  1. I will maintain six feet of social distance
  2. I will wash my hands often
  3. I will cover my face in public
  4. I will stay home when I am sick
  5. I will get tested immediately when I have symptoms
