The master bedroom has a king size bed, a HD flat panel TV, and a renovated en suite master bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination and granite countertops. The guest bathroom has also undergone a complete renovation with a tiled steam shower and bench. The second and third bedrooms each have two twins. The twin beds must remain twins and cannot be made into king beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is decorated in a comfortable mountain cabin style.
The building’s courtyard features a large hot tub for the exclusive use of Chateau Chaumont residents. There is on-site parking for 10 resident vehicles on a first-come, first serve basis, and permitted off-street parking may be arranged with the City of Aspen. The building also has bike racks installed in the summer for your use as well. The local supermarket and grog store are less than a block away, and rental shops for ski and biking equipment are close by as well. You will find yourself in the Aspen core, and Aspen’s world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door! If you are looking for a place to stay in Aspen this is your place. It is one block from Ajax .2 1/2 blocks from the shuttle to the other 3 mountains and is across the street from City market.If you want to shop or dine out it's basically across the street. In a nut shell , it's perfect !!! We are 7 and it was perfect for us :)
