“Great place, very cute, and super clean. Location is so very perfect, city market steps away and walking in ski boots to mountain is easy. So many great places to eat, drink, or get coffee within steps. The kitchen and bath updates are fresh and clean. Linens, sheets and towels are very nice, upgraded quality. Place is perfect for 2-4 guests. Great price for the size and location.”

This condo is one block to the gondola, one block to Paradise Cafe for espresso and pastries, and has comfortable beds, an updated bathroom, and a great living room for stretching out after a long day of skiing. Parking is easy in front or in back of the building, it's relatively quiet given its proximity to restaurants and shopping, and McCartney Property is wonderfully responsive to any issues. My only request would be to upgrade the living room couch and chairs to furniture you can sink into and never want to leave.

“Can’t beat the location! Parked once and never had to move the vehicle until we left. Can walk to everything in town and also bus station to catch shuttle to Snowmass. Perfect size for family of 4. Cozy space to unwind after a day of skiing.”

“We stayed here, 2 adults. This place is in a perfect location close to everything. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy with great linens. Nice towels, new appliances, clean. Perfect for a couple ( we didn't use the second bedroom). Owner very quick to respond which was great.”

The location of this condo was excellent! Walking distance to a local grocery store as well as shopping and restaurants. Could not have asked for a better location! Not enough lamps! I would just ask the staff if they can bring some extras in. The guest bath is updated, but not the master. The new kitchen looks great. I would like to commend the McCartney staff. They did an excellent job each time I had to call them. Very impressive. I would rent a McCartney property again

Great location, but the unit needs to be refurbished. The lighting is terrible, the hearing not very good, the lock to the sliding doors was broken, and the beds were uncomfortable. The bedrooms very noisy.

Chateau Aspen is located in an excellent position, but number 11 needs a refurbishment with new kitchen etc.
